1. Check-in is from 5 p.m., check-out is no later than 10 a.m. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or are late with our cleaning services are liable for any resulting costs.
2. This was a religious place. We ask you to behave accordingly. This means that the bells hanging outside may not be rung. Furthermore, no religious acts and masses may be held.
3. Events are not permitted unless we have expressly permitted them. Extraordinary visitor traffic that has not been agreed with us and the city of Kelheim is also prohibited.
4. The development of noise must always be kept low, especially at night. This is a residential area only! The quiet times from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. must be strictly observed. Conversations and gatherings outside the accommodation after 10:00 p.m. must be demonstrated indoors to allow the neighborhood a good night's sleep. If the peace is sufficiently disturbed, the booking will be canceled immediately and the apartment will be vacated without reimbursement. A penalty fee of €500 will also be due and all other costs incurred, e.g. due to the use of security, must be paid by the guest. (We have to crack down there because there have been massive disturbances and harassment of large groups of guests in the neighborhood and guests from other apartments in the past.)
5. Smoking (including shisha and e-cigarettes) is prohibited. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of extra cleaning and damage repairs.
6. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
7. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
8. Pets are allowed with reservations. A pet cleaning fee of €50 per stay is payable. Pets are not allowed on the real wood parquet floor of the basement apartment or the sacristy bedroom. The guest is liable for any damage.
9. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys or remote controls.
10. Charging electric cars via external sockets or extension cords is strictly prohibited. The power supply of the building is not designed for this! Violations will result in a fee of €250 plus additional electricity costs and any damage repairs.
11. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the dwellings to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
12. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
13. Booking a reservation means agreeing to abide by the house rules. Guests who fail to comply with the House Rules will be liable for any resulting damage, fee, cost or expense. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction of the apartment without refund.
