This apartment was formerly the home of the evangelical pastor who took care of the building and the adjoining beautiful church, which is now also used as a holiday home and is already a very popular event location.
The interior of the pastor's apartment was prepared especially for you. We have furnished them with great attention to detail and all kinds of natural materials such as wood and metal for a pleasant atmosphere.
There are 2 large double beds (king size), two 1.40 x 2.00 m beds and a large sofa bed distributed over 4 bedrooms and the living room (as can be seen on the floor plan). You will be able to sleep peacefully in the finest hotel bed linen.
The new kitchen has just been installed and is already waiting to be cooked with all kinds of cooking utensils. A dishwasher is available. This means that annoying washing up is a thing of the past.
Basics such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, organic coffee capsules, tea, dishcloths and sponges, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs and 2 tea towels per kitchen are of course available.
In the adjoining living and dining room, nothing stands in the way of cozy evenings in front of the 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix or extensive game nights at the huge dining table.
Or sit down in the comfortable armchair and take a good book from the bookshelf next door. Even the fireplace can be lit and then offers a cozy warmth.
The large bathroom has a toilet, a double sink, a shower and a spacious bathtub for a soothing hot bath in the cold winter.
There is also an outdoor terrace for soaking up the sun and can also be extensively enjoyed in summer with the appropriate patio furniture.

The prices include VAT. They are very seasonal.
A final cleaning fee of €120 per stay is included in the price.
The price includes 16 people. For each additional person we charge €15 per night and person.
This was a religious place. I ask you to behave accordingly.
The bells hanging outside are also not allowed to be rung. Furthermore, no religious acts and masses may be held.
The development of noise must always be kept low, especially at night. This is a residential area only. The quiet times from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. must be strictly observed. Extraordinary visitor traffic that has not been agreed with me and the city of Kelheim is also prohibited.
Pets are not allowed on the real wood parquet floor of the church sacristy bedroom. The guest is liable for any damage.
Check-in is from 5 p.m., check-out is at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The check-in and check-out times are designed so that my cleaning staff have enough time to prepare the apartment between stays on the same day. Due to the size of the individual apartments, this takes time.
However, earlier check-in or later check-out are possible subject to availability. Talk to me about it.
The significantly larger Catholic St. Pius Church is 200m away from the former St. Luke's Church, where you stay.
In the distance in the direction of Kelheim's old town, the memorial of the Liberation Hall can be clearly seen. The rotunda of the Lukaskirche was specially adapted to the round shape of the Liberation Hall by the architect and was designed in this way.
Furthermore, the Weltenburg monastery with the adjacent Danube Gorge can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Hiking routes start in Kelheim.
The picturesque Altmühltal begins right next to Kelheim with its castles, palaces, mountains and valleys worth seeing, as well as rocks and Roman testimonies and, of course, the Altmühl river that gives it its name.
The Danube is also just around the corner and with its cycle paths and natural monuments such as the UNESCO World Heritage Site Danube Limes, it also creates correspondingly beautiful landscapes.
Last but not least, my home in Regensburg is of course always worth a trip. I'm happy to give you tips.
You can park anywhere on the street (Kleiberstrasse and Elsterstrasse). Please be considerate of the residents opposite and their driveways so that they can get in and out easily. There are also 3 gravel parking spaces next to the courtyard entrance and 2 more in the driveway if parking is good. Please do not park in front of the garage, this is already in use. Take a look at the parking regulations. This is hanging in the hallway.
